Return Policy

1. Change of Mind:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Do not break the seal; keep the original packaging and invoice.
  • Failure to meet these conditions will void the return request.
  • 2. Incorrect Order:
  • Check the product against the invoice upon delivery.
  • Notify us immediately.
  • Do not break the seal; preserve packaging and invoice.
  • Failure to comply will result in rejection of return.

3. Manufacturing Defect:

  • Inform us within 7 days of identifying the issue.
  • Delay beyond 7 days will disqualify you from return/replacement.

Note:

  1. Product quality is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Returns for dissatisfaction with quality will not be accepted.
  2. Vertex Tech will bear delivery charges for 7-day replacement/default warranty claims. Customers must bear delivery charges for general warranty services.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 calendar days.
  • The product must be in sealed/intact condition as delivered.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via bank, mobile finance services, or in-store credits.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted.

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer/Brand Warranty:

  • Claim must be made within the warranty period.
  • Processing and inspection may take up to 2 weeks.

Vertex Tech Warranty:

  • Applies only to manufacturing defects.
  • Must notify within 7 days.
  • Delays or exceptions are not acceptable.

General Conditions

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your location, or have consent from a guardian.

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purposes, and not to transmit malicious code. Any violation will result in immediate termination of services.

We may refuse service to anyone at any time. Content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card data is always encrypted.

Pricing and Products

  • We may discontinue or modify services at any time.
  • Products are available online and may have limited quantities.

    • Cancel or refund orders where authenticity or branding is questioned (may take 15–30 business days).
